Business process
Design projects are defined by a scope of work and can range for finishes selections to full home renovations. Design fees are based on how much time we estimate will be required to complete the scope of work.
Fee schedule: 50% deposit, 40% at 45 days from start day, 10% at completion. Full home renovations or builds fee schedules vary and are based on milestones.
Retainers: Retainers are paid to Enliven Home and Designs and are used to procure products and materials for your project
Design process

Phone call to share information about your project and learn about our services
In-home meeting to define the details of the scope of your project
Project proposal outlines scope, fees, and fee schedule
Concept- this is when we learn more about your likes and dislikes and present the general design concepts for your project
Selections- We use an online platform that houses all the options and your selections. This is where you will review options and approve selections.
Procurement- Using your retainer, we handle all the procurement and delivery of your selections
Installation- We will oversee the entire installation of your selections from paint to placemats leaving your space ready for your enjoyment
Wrap up- celebration, photographs and final billing. We did it!
